Welcome to My Royal Matrimony. By accessing our website, submitting a profile, or making a payment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are created to ensure a safe, transparent and legally protected matrimonial service for both families and our platform.

 

1. Nature of Our Service

 

My Royal Matrimony is a digital matrimonial portfolio designing and hosting platform. We are not a marriage broker, matchmaker, or guarantee-based service.

 

We are responsible only for:

 

  • Creating and hosting a digital matrimonial portfolio
  • Publishing profile details as provided by the customer
  • Providing a secure profile link

 

We do not guarantee:

  

  • Enquiries
  • Calls, WhatsApp messages or responses
  • Matches, engagement or marriage

 

2. Payments & Refunds

 

All payments are governed by our Refund Policy. We take payments for designing & hosting matrimonial portfolios for our clients. Once a portfolio is created and activated, the service is considered successfully delivered and no refund will be applicable.

 

3. Photo & Content Protection

 

My Royal Matrimony uses a Privacy-Protected Digital Portrait instead of publishing real photographs online, in order to protect client's identity and privacy.

 

Real photographs will be shared only by clients directly with selected families through personal communication, and My Royal Matrimony will not display or distribute real photos online.

 

Photos may be protected via:

 

  • Password-protected gallery
  • Video format
  • Watermarked display

 

However, once shared by the client, My Royal Matrimony cannot control how others use it. The client accepts full responsibility for where and with whom the link is shared.

 

4. Digital Portfolio Usage

 

The portfolio link is created for private family sharing only.

 

You agree that:

 

  • You will share the portfolio only with relatives, family and genuine marriage enquiries
  • You will not upload or misuse any portfolio content for commercial or harmful purposes

 

Any misuse by the client or their contacts is not the responsibility of My Royal Matrimony.

 

5. Client / User Responsibility

 

The client (family or individual) is fully responsible for:

 

  • All personal information
  • Photographs
  • Biodata
  • Education, age, caste, income, and other details

 

My Royal Matrimony does not verify family background, caste, income or other personal information. All interactions, discussions and decisions are strictly between families and users must verify all information independently.

 

My Royal Matrimony is not liable for:

 

  • Any marriage outcome
  • Disputes between families
  • Emotional, financial or personal loss
  • Photo or data misuse after sharing

 

All disputes will be governed under Indian law and subject to local jurisdiction only.

 

6. Account Suspension

 

My Royal Matrimony reserves the right to:

 

  • Reject
  • Suspend
  • Remove any profile

 

If:

 

  • False or offensive content is found
  • Legal complaints are received
  • Misuse of platform is detected

 

No refund will be provided in such cases.

 

7. Acceptance

 

By submitting your details and making payment, you confirm that:

 

  • You have read these Terms
  • You understand them
  • You accept them fully

 

This agreement is legally binding.

 

Final Parent Note

 

My Royal Matrimony is designed to provide a safe, premium and respectful matrimonial experience — but marriage is a personal family decision, and our role is only to provide a professional digital platform.
