Our matrimonial portfolio service has been created with one clear promise – complete privacy, dignity and safety of every family and profile. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

When a user creates a Matrimonial Portfolio, we may collect:

• Name, age, education, profession and basic personal details

• Family background and lifestyle information

• Contact number and WhatsApp number (for enquiries)

• Photographs or videos submitted for the portfolio

We only collect information that is voluntarily submitted by the customer for the purpose of matrimonial introduction.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

Your information is used only for:

• Creating and hosting your Digital Matrimonial Portfolio

• Displaying a basic public profile on My Royal Matrimony

• Allowing interested families to contact you directly

• Providing customer support and verification

• Improving our matrimonial services

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party.

3. Two-Layer Privacy System

My Royal Matrimony follows a two-profile privacy model:

Public Profile (Website Listing)

This contains only:

• First name or initials

• Age, education, profession, location

• Contact number or enquiry option

No private photos, documents or sensitive details are shown publicly.

Private Portfolio Page

This contains:

• Detailed profile

• 4–5 photos or videos (as chosen by customer)

• Family details and other personal information

This portfolio is meant to be shared only by the customer or parents with relatives, friends and newspaper enquiries.

We do not promote or circulate portfolio links on our own.

4. Photo & Media Protection

My Royal Matrimony uses a Privacy-Protected Digital Portrait instead of publishing real photographs online, in order to protect client's identity and privacy.

Real photographs will be shared only by clients directly with selected families through personal communication, and My Royal Matrimony will not display or distribute real photos online.

All photos and videos:

• Are uploaded only with the customer’s consent

• Are displayed only in the private portfolio section

• May be password-protected, watermarked or placed inside protected galleries

• Are never shared with any third party

Responsibility for sharing the portfolio link lies with the customer or their family.

5. User Responsibility for Sharing

By creating a portfolio, the user agrees that:

• They will decide who receives the portfolio link

• They will share it only with trusted relatives, families or newspaper enquiries

• My Royal Matrimony is not responsible for misuse after the link is shared by the user

This protects both privacy and dignity.

6. Data Security

We use:

• Secure servers

• Restricted admin access

• Protected storage

Your information is handled with strict confidentiality and professional care.

7. Profile Removal or Changes

Customers may:

• Request profile edits

• Temporarily hide their profile

• Permanently delete their portfolio

We respect every family’s decision and privacy at every stage.

8. Consent

By submitting your portfolio:

You confirm that all details, photos and information are provided with your consent and authority, and My Royal Matrimony has the right to display them only for matrimonial purposes.
