We professionally design a privacy-protected digital matrimonial portfolio for your child and host it securely on our platform. Once a portfolio is created and activated, the service is considered delivered and no refunds will be provided.

 

2. No Refund After Portfolio Activation

 

Once the following actions are completed, no refund will be applicable:

 

  • Portfolio link is created

  • Portfolio preview is prepared

  • Profile is published live

  • Website listing is activated

 

The service is considered fully delivered. Therefore no refunds, cancellations or chargebacks are allowed.

 

3. No Refund for No Response or Match

 

My Royal Matrimony does not guarantee:

 

  • Enquiries

  • Calls

  • Matches

  • Marriage outcome

 

We only provide a digital matrimonial portfolio designing and hosting platform.

 

Therefore, no refund will be provided if:

 

  • Lack of enquiries

  • No calls or WhatsApp messages

  • Delay in marriage

  • Not finding a suitable match

 

4. No Refund for Personal Reasons

 

Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind due to:

 

  • Family decision

  • Profile no longer required

  • Marriage done elsewhere

  • Any personal or emotional reason

 

Once the portfolio is activated, the service is considered delivered and no refunds will be provided.
