My Royal Matrimony is a digital matrimonial portfolio designing and hosting service. We provide families with a modern and professional way to present matrimonial profiles and connect with potential marriage enquiries. We do not act as marriage brokers, agents, guarantors or relationship advisors.

 

1. No Marriage Guarantee

 

My Royal Matrimony does not guarantee:

 

  • Matches

  • Responses

  • Phone calls

  • Compatibility

  • Marriage outcome

 

Marriage decisions are entirely personal and depend on family, social and individual factors beyond our control.

 

2. Information Responsibility

 

All information, photographs and documents are submitted by the client or their family. My Royal Matrimony does not independently verify personal claims such as income, education, age, family status, religion, caste or character.

 

We are not responsible for any false or misleading information provided by users.

 

3. Photo & Data Usage

 

My Royal Matrimony uses a Privacy-Protected Digital Portrait instead of publishing real photographs online, in order to protect client's identity and privacy.

 

Real photographs will be shared only by clients directly with selected families through personal communication, and My Royal Matrimony will not display or distribute real photos online.

 

We take reasonable steps to protect photographs through:

 

  • Password protection

  • Limited access

  • Controlled display

 

However, once a portfolio link is shared by the client, My Royal Matrimony has no control over how third parties use that information. The client accepts full responsibility for sharing the link and content.

 

4. No Liability for Misuse

 

My Royal Matrimony is not responsible for:

 

  • Copying, screenshots, downloads or sharing of photos

  • Any misuse of data after the client shares the portfolio

  • Any communication between families

 

All risks after sharing lie solely with the user.

 

5. Third-Party Communication

 

We do not participate in conversations, negotiations or meetings between families. Any communication via phone, WhatsApp or in-person is private and outside our responsibility.

 

6. Platform Use

 

My Royal Matrimony only provides:

 

  • Digital portfolio

  • Profile visibility

  • WhatsApp group access (admin-only posting)

 

We do not endorse, recommend or certify any profile.

 

7. Legal Protection

 

By using this service, you agree that:

 

  • My Royal Matrimony is not liable for emotional, social, financial or marital outcomes

  • All services are provided on an “as is” basis

  • Any dispute will be governed by Indian law
